Operations Coordinator

What You'll Do Monitor and manage shipments from pickup through delivery Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams Track freight and provide proactive shipment updates Schedule pickup and delivery appointmentsResolve transportation and service issues in real time Support carrier sourcing and capacity management Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems Assist with reporting, documentation, and customer service initiatives Help ensure Magna delivers exceptional service to customers every day What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong sense of urgency and accountability Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Previous logistics, transportation, customer service, or operations experience is a plus, but not required Why Magna?
