We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our Senior Vice President and the senior HR team. This role goes beyond traditional support—serving as a critical partner in developing executive-ready presentations, analyzing workforce data, and enabling strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and business strategy, with a strong ability to translate insights into compelling narratives for senior leaders.**Essential Responsibilities**Strategic Presentation Development* Build high-quality, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for HR and business leadership* Translate complex data and concepts into clear, visually compelling storytelling* Ensure consistency with organizational branding and messaging* Support preparation for leadership meetings, board discussions, and strategic offsitesData Analysis & Insights* Gather, analyze, and synthesize HR and business data (e.g., headcount, turnover, performance, talent metrics)* Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform decision-making* Partner with the HR Field team and COEs to validate and interpret dataStrategic & Operational Support* Assist in creating materials tied to Leadership Scorecards, KPIs, and P&L impact* Coordinate inputs across HR functions (HRBPs, COEs, Shared Services) to ensure alignment* Help document current-state processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunitiesProject & Stakeholder Coordination* Provide administrative and project support for key HR initiatives and transformation efforts* Track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across stakeholders* Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and executive communications.**Requirements/Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred* 3–6+ years of experience in HR, business operations, consulting, or administrative roles with strategic exposure* Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (required) and strong working knowledge of Excel* Demonstrated ability to work with data and translate it into insights and presentations* Strong attention to detail with a high bar for quality and accuracy* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationAnnual Pay Range: $75-85kA generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match #J-18808-Ljbffr
