Full Charge Bookkeeper Automotive

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive accounting background and be responsible for posting deals, reconciling schedules, calculating commissions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Post vehicle sales and lease deals accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounting schedules and balance sheet accounts.
• Calculate and process sales and finance commissions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Work closely with management, sales, and finance departments.
• Support daily operations of the accounting office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Experience posting deals and reconciling schedules.
• Knowledge of dealership commission structures and calculations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Automotive Dealership Experience Required
