Italian Bilingual Expert for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Italian language expertise to real-world audio evaluation. You will assess how naturally and accurately Italian is spoken, then provide clear English-language feedback that supports better language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications to support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language-content ambiguities.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Italian language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian proficiency, spoken and written.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, including strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain nuanced language distinctions clearly and accurately.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote, contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
