Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each student and their families.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the diverse backgrounds and situations of your clients.

• Facilitate intakes, follow-up appointments, and crisis interventions, ensuring appropriate support is available when needed.

• Utilize digital health records to maintain accurate, timely documentation that adheres to Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic approach to student care that fosters supportive educational experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted LCSW license from the State of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a relevant setting.

• Proficiency in using technological tools, specifically telehealth platforms and electronic health records; prior telehealth experience is highly desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
