Role Overview: As a Weekend Caregiver at Assisting Hands Chicago North, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients during the weekends. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to remain comfortable and independent. Whether you work on-site in Chicago, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients. Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety and comfort. Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs, following any dietary guidelines. Engage clients in social activities and companionship, fostering a supportive environment. Document client conditions and any updates regularly for better team coordination. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Compassionate attitude and respect for clients' individual needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of caregivers. Bonus If You: Have certification in CPR or First Aid. Possess additional experience in specialized care (e.g., dementia care). Employment Type & Availability: This is a Full-Time position specifically for weekends, with other days available for potential shifts from Monday to Friday.
