Tax Manager

Location: Wilmington, DE

A respected CPA firm in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team. Work arrangement: In office or hybrid (1 day per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Review complex federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals
  • Research tax issues and assist with tax planning
  • Communicate with clients and respond to tax inquiries
  • Supervise and develop staff and seniors
  • Manage engagement timelines and deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Relevant public accounting experience at the tax manager level
  • CPA required
  • Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
