Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs by utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and family dynamics.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies.

• Maintain close collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to support clients holistically.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the therapy process, enhancing their understanding and ability to support the client's recovery.

• Keep detailed and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
