Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as part of our welcoming and supportive clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and are a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site.Full-Time staff receive a complete benefits packages including health insurance, Virginia Retirement System, PTO, life insurance, and more.***$3,000 Sign on Bonus***Starting Salary: $51,030.00-$58,684.50Education Requirements:Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required.Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
