What You'll Do

\n

\n

You'll serve as the operational backbone behind our events, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly, from the first planning meeting through the final attendee follow-up.

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
\n
• Source and secure venues for executive oncology roundtables and Blueprint events across the U.S.
\n
• Coordinate all event logistics, including timelines, vendors, catering, A/V, materials, travel, and onsite execution.
\n
• Manage sponsor deliverables and ensure exceptional client experiences for leading biotech and MedTech partners.
\n
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, budgets, and internal workflows.
\n
• *Required: Travel domestically as needed to support event setup, execution, and onsite management.
\n
• Build and maintain organized project documentation across ClickUp, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, and other software tools (Jotform, Airtable, etc).
\n
• Coordinate physician outreach, attendee communications, and event logistics alongside internal teams.
\n
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and proactively solve challenges before they become problems.
\n
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned through clear communication and thoughtful project management.
\n
• Continuously improve internal processes and help build scalable systems as the company grows.

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\n
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
\n
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable working with clients, physicians, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com), Google Workspace, and Zoom.
\n
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing conferences, corporate events, executive meetings, or healthcare events.
\n
• Familiarity with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
\n
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues, or travel logistics.
\n
• Experience working with biotech, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or healthcare organizations.

Compensation & Employment

\n

\n

This position begins on a contractor (1099) basis , with compensation based on experience and availability. As Pulse Health Sciences continues to grow, there may be opportunities for expanded responsibilities and a longer-term role.
