Employer Industry: Security Solutions and Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $100,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Engage in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on solving complex technical issues Chance to contribute to the safety and security of clients and the public Supportive team culture with opportunities to mentor and guide peers What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the primary interface for product support and escalation for field service teams Provide second-level technical support when senior resources are unavailable Conduct maintenance and technical support on various security systems and equipment Perform site/system audits and document troubleshooting actions in the CRM system Collaborate with field service teams to meet service level agreement requirements What is Required (Qualifications): Current U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport by hire date AS degree or graduate of technical school or military training in electronics or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years' experience in field service environments Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and extensive credit check Excellent customer service skills and computer networking knowledge How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software programs Previous experience in field electrical assembly Experience with software integration of electric/mechanical equipment At least 2 years' experience working on employer SES equipment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
