Industrial Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at a growing manufacturing facility that fabricates and assembles custom electrical equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and fabrication machinery to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and fabrication equipment (e.g., metal forming, cutting, and assembly machinery)Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtimeRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manualsPerform basic PLC troubleshooting and coordinate with engineering on more complex control issuesMaintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventorySupport facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, and general building systemsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaQualifications:2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentWorking knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and control componentsExperience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsForklift experience a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferredNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
