- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights related to product costing, pricing, capital investments, and business initiatives
- Oversee cost accounting, manufacturing variances, inventory reporting, and project accounting activities
- Develop executive and board-level reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and financial presentations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process improvements across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost accounting, and ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable
