Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative Location: Roseville, MN (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Pay: $25-$28/hour Type: Temp-to-Hire Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Roseville area to hire an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees and vendors, supporting Accounts Payable operations by responding to inquiries, researching issues, and ensuring timely resolution of requests. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems Respond to questions from internal employees and external vendors Manage and prioritize requests through a shared inbox and ServiceNow ticket queue Research and resolve payment, invoice, and account-related issues Provide administrative and customer support to the Accounts Payable team Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and within established service levels Maintain detailed records and documentation of requests and resolutions Qualifications Strong customer service, call center, or support experience Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred Ability to manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience with ServiceNow or a ticketing system is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Team & Culture Join a collaborative team supporting Accounts Payable operations Report directly to the AP Manager Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented work environment High-volume workload with a goal of resolving 100+ tickets per week Hybrid schedule with approximately three days per week in the office Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
