Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, starting my career while attending Illinois State University. I’m originally from Rock Falls and bring a strong understanding of the industry along with a passion for building a successful, people-focused agency. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
