Position: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor
Department: Warehouse / Operations

Schedule: Must be flexible and available for overtime as needed

Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish , have strong leadership skills, and possess hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.


This position is responsible for ensuring productivity goals are met, safety procedures are followed, employees are properly trained, and daily operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse associates throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish .
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, performance, and quality.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily production goals.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and job expectations.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, order picking, staging, loading, and inventory activities.
• Work closely with forklift operators and warehouse associates to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure products are placed in the correct locations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Address employee concerns and escalate disciplinary or performance issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist management with staffing needs, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Lead by example and assist with warehouse duties when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience required .
• Strong leadership and employee-management skills.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management or inventory systems preferred.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules when required.

Preferred Experience


Experience supervising employees operating warehouse equipment such as:

• Reach Trucks
• Sit-Down Forklifts
• Stand-Up Forklifts
• Order Pickers
• Electric Pallet Jacks
