Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, employing diagnostic assessment tools as necessary.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, including support groups and psychoeducational workshops focused on fostering community and shared learning amongst clients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' needs, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions to monitor progress effectively.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, delivering immediate support and executing risk assessments to ensure safety and connect clients with emergency resources as required.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and best practices.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to offer comprehensive plans of care, enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
