Work Environment

In our outpatient office, you will experience an engaging and collegial atmosphere. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Our facility is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and technologies to ensure you have the resources necessary to assist patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, one-on-one patient evaluations to assess individual needs and establish baselines for treatment.
• Create and implement personalized evidence-based therapy plans that target specific functional goals and ensure optimal recovery.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on responses to therapy.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate care that enhances patient outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Experience with specific modalities or treatment techniques is a plus, including myofascial release, dry needling, or advanced exercise therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
