Client Human Resources Business Partner III

ADP is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III in San Diego and surrounding areas in Orange County. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, using HR experience and ADP product expertise to solve critical business challenges for our clients. Responsibilities Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues by serving as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients. Communicate with clients and internal partners, using strong interpersonal skills to understand needs, provide solutions, and exceed client expectations. Provide recommendations and educate clients and less experienced consultants on best practices and internal business issues. Required Qualifications At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems‑related organization. At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven ability to produce positive results. A college degree is desirable but not required. If you lack a college degree, acceptable alternative experience includes: Experience noted above. Military experience, which is valued for its discipline and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications HR Certification or willingness to pursue certification in the first year. Compensation Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. The compensation range is USD $59,100.00 – USD $120,200.00 per year.
