Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain comprehensive insights into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methodologies, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, consistently reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and engage in risk assessment and safety planning as needed to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health records (EHR) system for efficient tracking of client progress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote community support and shared experiences among clients.

• Actively seek to further your knowledge of best practices in mental health services through ongoing training and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
