We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Cranberry Township, PA area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Assistant Manager is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timeliness of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. The Service Manager directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drives sales initiatives. The Service Manager communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information on required repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations. Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess either: 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
