We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Project Manager in Grand Prairie, TX to coordinate and track projects from Design through Quality Assurance and into Production while supporting senior leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring projects remain on schedule, deadlines are met, and information flows efficiently between departments. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, preparing status reports, and communicating updates across multiple teams. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.

• Strong project coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
