What You’ll Do Drive New Business Prospect and win new clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Indeed Build and execute your sales strategy to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value of our staffing solutions Negotiate pricing and agreements with confidence, aligning company standards and client needs Grow and Retain Client Relationships Build long-term partnerships through consultative, relationship-driven selling Manage and expand assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support Who Thrives Here What matters most is your drive, your character, and your ability to build trust with people.
