Integres is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist (Tier II) to deliver enterprise-level support for a federal customer. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, image and deploy workstations, and manage IAM/MFA and endpoint security in a secure environment. Responsibilities include incident handling in an enterprise ticketing system, coordinating with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams, and mentoring Tier I staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobr
