Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.
• Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality and consistency in production processes.
• Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

• Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, and general production.
• Basic computer skills for completing training modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Team-oriented mindset.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience as production workers, assembly workers, warehouse workers, order pickers, etc.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with possible overtime. The cleanroom conditions maintain humidity above 30% and temperatures between 60–70°F, with ambient noise levels. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses; no makeup or jewelry is allowed. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, and requires the use of PPE and an understanding of chemical hygiene involving disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. The ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift is necessary, as is the occasional lifting and handling of up to 40 lbs unassisted. You will use hand tools and equipment in your daily tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
