Business Coordinator

Business Coordinator Department: MUS School of Music Full Time Job Summary The Business Coordinator will be an integral member of the School of Music administrative team. Reporting to the Asst. Dean for Finance, responsibilities include travel processing, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable for the School of Music. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, USC policies and procedures related to accounting, purchasing, office management, records management, and administrative operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand, edit, and create complex spreadsheets, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business preferred.
