Director of Operations

Director of Operations Pulliam Restoration – Columbia, SC Pulliam Restoration is seeking a proactive and organized Director of Operations to help lead and strengthen our restoration operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting Project Managers and Technicians, maintaining operational standards, and helping ensure that jobs, vehicles, equipment, and personnel are operating at a high level. We are looking for a leader who is dependable, detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of creating structure and consistency within a fast-paced environment. About Pulliam Restoration Pulliam Restoration is a growing disaster restoration company serving South Carolina. We specialize in water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, emergency response, and reconstruction services. We operate using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework and value accountability, professionalism, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Project Managers and production staff Help maintain accountability, organization, and operational standards Monitor job progress, documentation, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and shop areas remain organized and operational Coordinate staffing and operational readiness Assist in improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Help identify and solve operational issues before they escalated Maintain visibility into field operations and overall department performance Qualifications Required Leadership or management experience in restoration, construction, trades, logistics, or similar industries Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and personnel effectively Strong follow-through and attention to detail Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Bilingual Preferred Restoration industry experience Experience leading teams in fast-paced service environments Familiarity with Xactimate, ALBI, Encircle, or similar software platforms Experience with EOS or accountability-based leadership systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle and technology (if applicable) 401k Matching Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday Emergency response availability as needed To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your leadership and operational experience.
