As part of this contract role, you’ll work onsite under direct supervision from experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, ensuring each student receives personalized and effective care tailored to their Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program
• Current, active SLPA license/certification
• Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially in fast-paced or high-stress situations
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, both individually and in groups, following IEP goals and directives
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to support student progress and ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with supervising SLP and educational team
• Uphold ethical and professional standards while working exclusively onsite (remote work is not available)
• Adapt services to diverse student needs and varying school environments
