Shipping & Receiving Associate – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
Group C – Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This position plays a critical role in receiving materials, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare and package outgoing orders
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Read and follow shipping documents and work instructions
• Assist with material movement throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
