Traveling Superintendent

If not local to CA, AZ, NV you will have to travel and be able to return home once a month. We currently are looking for candidates for 2 year Project in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers to ensure project timelines are met.Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution and compliance with regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide project updates and address concerns.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track project performance and progress.Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and project management.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in commercial/ Federal Government or Historic Preservation projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Experience with project management software and tools.Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.Benefits401KPTOMedical, Dental, VisionHousing ProvidedBonus Potential
