Hours of this pharmacy are M-F, 5am-6pm, and weekends 6am-5pm. Candidate must have some availability or flexibility within that schedule.Primary Responsibilities:Verify prescriptions and prescription data entered into the pharmacy computer system for accuracyOversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and inventory personnelOrganizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standardsWork in the fulfillment area to provide the final quality check prior to medication being packed and shippedPerforms all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulationsConforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelinesLift totes 5 -10 lbsBasic understanding of robotic automationPosition is primarily working in a standing / walking environmentYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of Arizona1+ years of experience working as a licensed PharmacistAbility to navigate MS Office and a Windows based environment and the ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft WordAbility to navigate Outlook and conduct Internet searchesAble to work the designated shift and flexible hoursPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in retail pharmacy, a hospital, or managed care setting1+ years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a fulfillment and/or mail order environmentPBM or Managed Care experienceLeadership experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment.
