Your Role – What You’ll Take Ownership Of As a Process Lead, you will oversee and optimize sourcing activities while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong stakeholder collaboration: Support the e-sourcing lifecycle, including project classification, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFP (RFx) processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Manage eSourcing events and maintain close collaboration with suppliers Provide regular KPI reports and sourcing insights to stakeholders Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs Respond to supplier inquiries (commercial & technical aspects of tenders) Prepare bid analysis and summaries, supporting supplier shortlisting decisions Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with a focus on strategic initiatives (Capex/MRO preferred; direct materials also considered) Proven experience managing e-Sourcing projects across categories Strong background in: Sourcing planning, Business case creation, End-to-end sourcing execution (including TCO approach) French (minimum C1) – essential for client communication Hands‑on experience with RFx / eSourcing tools (e.g., Ariba – nice to have) Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and KPI management Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Excellent communication and coordination skills Benefits Work on high-impact, international sourcing projects Collaborate with global teams and suppliers Hybrid (2 days/week in Lodz office) or Fully remote within Poland Opportunity to grow into Senior Procurement Leadership roles Supportive, structured, and process-driven environment If you’re ready to take ownership, drive sourcing excellence, and grow your career in procurement—apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
