The Anodize Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day shift operations of the anodizing production line, managing a team of 5-10 employees. This role involves hands-on maintenance coordination, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing anodizing processes such as Type II (Sulfuric Acid), Chromate Conversion, and Passivation to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the anodize production line
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-10 employees on the day shift
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
• Schedule production activities to optimize workflow and meet targets
• Maintain safety compliance across all line activities
• Perform and coordinate hands-on equipment maintenance
• Titrate tanks to ensure proper chemistry.
• Optimize anodizing processes for efficiency and quality improvements
• Coordinate and deliver training to team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience with anodizing processes, including Type II (Sulfuric Acid), Chromate Conversion, and Passivation
• Proven production line management skills
• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance
• Strong team leadership capabilities
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in anodizing or manufacturing supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent
