We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Administrative Coordinator to support our shipping and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position provides administrative support by coordinating shipping orders, maintaining accurate records, communicating with internal departments, and assisting with logistics-related tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize domestic and export shipping orders.
• Assist with shipping schedules and logistics coordination.
• Maintain communication between the shipping and sales teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document management.
• Assist with other office and shipping-related duties as assigned.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
• Customer service experience required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
