Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather information about patients’ histories, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting styles and techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops to empower patients and their families with knowledge about managing mental health conditions.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, evaluating risks and implementing immediate support strategies.

• Educate patients about available treatment options, mental health resources, and coping strategies to foster independence.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to promote a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
