What You'll Do

• Provide critical care nursing in diverse ICU units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
• Float across units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, ensuring optimal patient care
• Manage ventilators and telemetry monitoring
• Initiate IVs and perform other invasive procedures as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, including ventilator management and telemetry
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to float across multiple ICU specialties
