• Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required); proficiency with EPIC (required)
• Licensure: Ohio RN license (or compact license accepted)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care across various ICU settings including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining a high standard of patient safety and care
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using ventilators, telemetry, and IV therapy
• Administer medications, support ventilation, and respond to emergent situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EPIC)
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license or valid compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Skills in IV placement, telemetry, ventilator management, and Telemetry monitoring

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
