Full Charge Bookkeeper
Position available for full charge bookkeeper in Monterey. This position requires you to be in office.
We are a fast growing company that has provided 33 years of F/C bookkeeping, payroll & billing services to a stable and diverse clientele.
This position is ideal for an individual seeking long term stable employment with the opportunity to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- AP/AR in Quickbooks
- Process Payroll and Quarterly and Annual Tax Filings in QB
- Bank Recs in QB
- Prepare monthly financials
- Answer phones and general administration assistant to Principal
Requirements:
- 10 Key
- Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks desktop and payroll processing is required
- Excel and MS Word proficiency
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle workflow efficiently and in a timely manner
- Produce highly accurate work product
- Stable work history
- Selected applicant must pass background check and drug test
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
