Program management- digital performance marketing manager

We are looking for a Manager, PM – Digital Marketing to drive performance-oriented operating discipline, data-driven execution excellence and KPI accountabilityacross our global marketing and communications team. Ideally you bring an AI-first mindset to increase efficiency, scalability, and automation.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for translating strategy into measurable outcomes and business impact. You will act as the central orchestrator—aligning stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring our most critical digital, web and content programs are delivered with clear performance targets, speed, and accountability. You will play a key role in shaping how digital marketing operates at scale—ensuring strategy turns into execution, and execution delivers quantifiable results against defined KPIs (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversion pipeline contribution).
