Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience and/or strong interest in working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD)
• Background as a Special Education Teacher in a school-based setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to a caseload of approximately nine students with developmental cognitive disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and parents to ensure student success
• Maintain records and document student progress in accordance with district and state requirements
• Work approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm
