Job Description Growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager / HR Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a team of approximately 45 employees.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong HR background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance employee management, administrative oversight, compliance, and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative staff
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations, onboarding, and policy administration
- Support hiring, licensing, and compliance tracking
- Partner with leadership on staff management and performance support
- Coordinate with accounting on payroll-related items, reporting, and administrative financial tasks
- Handle operational duties including banking and office logistics
- Improve workflows and maintain efficient internal processes
- 5+ years of HR, office management, or operations experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations
- Experience managing staff and office operations
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Insurance or professional services experience preferred
