Material Handler 1

DPP is seeking a Material Handler 1 for our client in the Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing industry. Work location: Onsite in Melbourne, FL Work schedule: Dayshift 7:00Am-4:30PM 9x80 A Duration: 12 months Terms: W2 Contract Work authorization: US Citizen Duties and Responsibilities:

Support material movement activities throughout the facility
Pick, kit, and stage materials for production operations
Deliver materials to internal customers and manufacturing areas
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Perform inventory transactions and material tracking activities
Load, unload, and transport materials using approved equipment
Maintain material accuracy and organization within warehouse locations
Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Basic Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials throughout the day
Willingness to learn new processes and systems
Previous warehouse, logistics, military, manufacturing, retail, or material handling experience is helpful but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the following:

Forklift operations
Health and safety standards
SAP ERP
Shipping and Receiving operations
