As the Director of Guest Relations, you’ll serve as the friendly face and voice of our facility—ensuring that every resident, family member, and guest feels welcomed, heard, and valued. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on personal connections, clear communication, and problem-solving with compassion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between families, residents, and staff to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience Address and resolve concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism Support the admissions and discharge process by providing a welcoming and supportive environment Oversee customer service initiatives and develop hospitality-focused programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident and family experiences Track satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Passion for senior care and a resident-first mindset Bilingual abilities a plus Why Elevate Care?
