HR Coordinator (100% in office – The Woodlands)

Step into a key support role within our client’s Human Resources team. As the HR Coordinator, you’ll help keep HR processes organized and running smoothly across multiple business locations. This role provides hands-on support with onboarding and offboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, reporting, HR administration, and day-to-day employee support.

A Day in the Life

• Support the HR team with day-to-day activities and administrative needs.
• Assist with the recruitment process by tracking candidates, reviewing and maintaining resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on interview feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Process candidate applications, assessments, background checks, reference checks, and new hire and exit paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files and HR records.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc HR reports and assist with HR data tracking.
• Host weekly orientation sessions for new hires and serve as a first point of contact for basic HR questions.
• Monitor and respond to the HR inbox and direct questions as needed.
• Process HR invoices and expenses through Concur.
• Assist with HR correspondence, meetings, events, and other projects as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of relevant software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; PowerPoint and Excel experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
