Human Resources AssistantA wiring company in South Fort Worth is looking for a Human Resources AssistantSchedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 4:15 pmPay: $19/hrPosition Responsibilities:Maintain a record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personnel information, leave, and timesheets) in both paper and the databaseAssist with employee on-boarding/Off-boardingSchedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process in our application tracking systemProvide administrative support in a variety of functionsAssist with job fairsCoordinate random and yearly employee testing programsAssist with new hire and termination paperwork processingVerify department payroll reportsCoordinate parking assignmentsPosition Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredTwo years of previous office administration or HR Assistant experience (preferred)Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAttention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle data accurately and with high level of confidentialityExposure to payroll practicesProficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applicationsAble to stand or sit for long periods of timeAbility to walk for up to 50% of the workdayExpress Employment Associate Benefits:Weekly PayQualify for Holiday PayMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsReferral BonusesHow to Apply:To apply, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io fastest service: Come into our office at 6635 Sandshell Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76137Application Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm, Fridays 9am-12pmCall to speak with us directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io
