People who aren't afraid to work hard – in fact, people who want to work hard.Responsibilities include:Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organizationServe as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associatesDrive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and cultureManage and conduct internal investigations as neededEnsure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activitiesEnsure the administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and proceduresEnsure management is trained in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassmentProvide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listen and ask searching clarifying questions in regards to associatesManage staffing, succession planning and associate programs and processesImplement/manage training and development activities and monitor effectivenessAdminister compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communicationsAdminister action planning activities related to the annual EOS processAdminister compliance with our performance management systemsEnter and maintain data in HRMS systemRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HRPHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferredProven experience of leading deployment of organizational changeCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyPrevious experience partnering with senior management, requiredKnowledge of HR Metrics, preferredKnowledge of HR systems and databases, preferredKnowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferredExperience with conflict resolution, preferredExperience with investigations, preferredExperience with data analytics, preferredExperience facilitating trainings, preferredExperience with onboarding, preferredOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
