Associate Manufacturing role in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, performing operations and monitoring critical processes in a services manufacturing area under general supervision. Responsible for executing standard operating procedures, drafting technical documentation, and identifying process improvements while collaborating with quality and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform weigh/dispense operations, cell bank operations, and equipment preparation tasks
- Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, standard operating procedures, and technical reports
- Monitor critical processes and troubleshoot operational issues
- Review assigned documentation and collaborate with quality and supply chain teams
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to routine manufacturing functions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years manufacturing or operations experience
- Associate degree with 6 months manufacturing or operations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- GMP knowledge interpretation and application
- Technical writing capability
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Project management and presentation skills
Compensation: $70,985-$96,039 base
