About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Life Sciences division within the design-build construction sector. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive the growth and success of the division. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new project opportunities, providing executive leadership to set the division's vision and strategy, and building a high-performing team. The role also involves establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships, overseeing pursuit strategies, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, advanced knowledge of the design-build process, and the ability to champion client experience at the executive level. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 15 years' related experience, with a focus on life science and pharmaceutical construction projects. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred, with an advanced degree being a plus. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading teams, driving business development, and maintaining a results-driven mindset. Advanced knowledge of the design-build process and a professional demeanor for managing client relationships are essential. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with out-of-town travel and is adept at monitoring market trends to inform business strategy.
