As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients by helping them understand their insurance coverage and making sure their protection keeps pace with life's changes.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Assist clients with policy changes, questions, billing, and claims

• Conduct proactive annual insurance reviews

• Identify opportunities to improve clients' protection through coverage recommendations

• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate

• Market policies with multiple insurance carriers to find competitive coverage and pricing

• Review renewals and premium changes

• Support agency producers with new business and existing client needs

• Process endorsements, policy changes, and applications accurately

• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and team members

• Maintain accurate client records within our agency management system

• Loves helping people

• Enjoys building lasting relationships

• Has exceptional communication skills

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented

• Takes initiative and follows through

• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Learns new technology quickly

• Has a positive attitude and works well with a team

• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction

Preferred

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• Previous insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service experience

• Strong computer and technology skills

• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
