Join us, and get better with every move.We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Accounting Department and play a key role in managing the company’s tax compliance and regulatory obligations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who stays close to tax developments, understands their practical impact on the business, and takes ownership of translating requirements into clear and timely actions.Working in close collaboration with Accounting, external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, the role contributes to a well‑governed and compliant framework, supporting statutory processes within a structured and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all tax obligations (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes, Transfer Pricing requirements, monthly and quarterly group tax reporting submissions etc)Prepare and coordinate tax filings and supporting documentationMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the businessTranslate new tax requirements into clear internal guidance and practical implementation actionsAct as the main contact point for tax‑related matters with external advisors and tax authoritiesProvide tax input and support to forecasting, budgeting, and tax provisioning processesSupport the preparation of statutory financial statementsAssist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls related to tax‑relevant areasLiaise with external auditors and advisors during statutory and tax‑related review processesEnsure consistency between accounting records, statutory reporting, and tax filingsSupport ad‑hoc compliance reviews and audit‑related requests, as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional experience in tax, ideally around 3–5 yearsBackground in Big4 (Tax and/or Audit) or relevant in‑house tax experience considered a strong assetExperience in an international or group reporting environment considered an assetSolid understanding of corporate taxation, VAT, and withholding taxesFamiliarity with transfer pricing concepts and documentation requirementsExperience interacting with auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodiesVery good command of English, both written and spokenSkills:Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong sense of ownershipAbility to interpret legislation and apply it pragmatically in a business contextClear communication skills, with the ability to explain tax matters to non‑tax stakeholdersWell‑organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlinesWhy Ayvens?With over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
